I have been following the wedding inspiration bible AKA StyleMePretty.com for years! I know I am not alone when I say that I have literally gotten lost on this blog for HOURS at a time. Their beautiful inspirational photos and awesome wedding ideas just hit the spot for me....

That is why it makes me sooooo freakin' happy to be featured on Style Me Pretty Georgia! Not only do I draw a lot of inspiration while browsing StyleMePretty.com for my clients but it was also a huge inspiration when designing for my own wedding. It also makes me happy to showcase all of the talented vendors that were so amazing to work with!

Custom Spring/Summer Wedding PIeces

Wow, it's been a busy past few months! Not only have I been creating custom designs for all my Brides but I also had my own wedding to plan! Yes, I am back blogging as a married woman! Now that the wedding season is winding down, and I am no longer planning a wedding, I feel like I can finally breathe again. I'm sure all the newlyweds out there know this same feeling. :)

I have so many photos to share of all the custom pieces I created for my own wedding but for now I want to share some of the custom designs that I have created for my Brides this past wedding season. :)

Carrie Beth and Brent's Love Bird Invitations

Remember Carrie Beth and Brent’s Save The date? Cool, right? Now check out their invitation suite below! When Carrie Beth first came to me I knew she would want something cute and fun to match her and Brent’s personalities and of course she did not disappoint me! We worked together and came up with a great concept that is both playful, yet elegant. I mean, who could NOT love cute little love birds??

To step it up a notch we added a polka-dot belly band that would hold all of the pieces together in the brown kraft envelope. We also created a return address label and a matching rehearsal dinner invitation to complete the suite.

I am so excited for Carrie Beth and Brent’s wedding in a few weeks. They are truly a beautiful couple and I am so happy for them!!!

Orange & Grey Modern Wedding Invitations

Melissa and Marc got married this past November in Orlando, Florida and Melissa came to me last fall to design her and Marc's wedding invitations. They wanted a modern design and they wanted to incorporate their wedding colors, orange and grey. We went with a polka dot design that paired well with the handwritten script font for a contemporary feel.

Chicky Baby Shower!

A few months ago I designed a Baby Shower invitation with a rustic baby chicky theme to honor baby Juliana. I also designed a matching sticker that was used on clear plastic bags for the candy buffet. Baby Juliana is due any day now and I know that Nancy and Mike cannot wait for her to get here. Congratulations, guys!!

So you may have noticed that I am a sucker for all things letterpress lately and I would probably create my own letter-pressed pieces if it didn't require such a massive piece of metal machinery to create them! :) Luckily there are a lot of really great print shops available online to choose from. Lucky for you, I have found a sweet deal being offered at Ajalon Printing for 100 invitations and RSVP post cards for under $500! This is a pretty good deal considering letterpress invitations could run up to $650 plus.

Custom Wedding Invitations

Gloria and her fiancé, Cole are getting married next Saturday and she came to me in need of wedding invitations. Her concept was cute and simple, which is what I love about how the invitations came out! She wanted simple character illustrations that would represent her and her groom. Along with the characters, I also designed a custom logo of two birds sitting on a branch that she was able to use on her programs and wedding signs.

To get more use out of their cutest little characters, I also helped them create little magnets for their party favors. Gloria was able to find little yellow organza bags that will be used to hold these 3 adorable little magnets for her guests. I was not able to take a photo of it but I am telling you that they are just the cutest little things!
